What counts toward the e-mail quota?
The quota only covers invoice e-mails you receive from platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb…) that the application reads to record the invoice on the right unit. Rent reminders, notifications and the documents you send (receipts, agreements, payment notices) are not counted.

Address and unit: what is the difference?
An address (a rental) is a place: a residence, its buildings and its homes. A unit (lot) is a rentable home at that address (apartment, studio, room…), with its tenants, rents and invoices. Your plan sets how many addresses you can have and how many units you can create at each.

Payment, currency and renewal

Billing currency

Prices are set in FCFA. Online payment is charged in euros by PayPal at 1 € = 650 FCFA; the euro display on this page uses the same rate.

Payment methods

Online payment through PayPal (bank card or PayPal account), or a request sent from « Plan and subscription » and validated by our team.

Duration and renewal

You pay for the duration you choose (1 to 60 months), with no automatic debit: you renew yourself from « Plan and subscription ». With yearly payment, one month is free.

Overdue subscription

Within a month of the due date you can manage your rentals but not create new ones. After that, changes are blocked until renewal; your data stays viewable. The Free plan is never blocked.
